Since coming under new ownership, Common Groundz has truly taken a turn for the worse. The previous owners ran an EXCELLENT cafe with amazingly delicious coffee, friendly staff, and free wi-fi. Now, the coffee is mediocre, the unfriendly owners staff the place, and they primarily serve re-packaged goods from Costco. The air-conditioning is usually turned off and the lights are only turned on once the place is dark (and you've been squinting to read for a while). I am so sad to see my neighborhood cafe deteriorate.
